Chex Mix - Upscale

Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 teaspoons seasoning salt (Lawry’s)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups Corn Chex (1/2 box)
  • 4 cups Rice Chex (1/2 box)
  • 4 cups Honey Nut Chex (1/2 box)
  • 20 oz mixed nuts (about 2 ½ cups)
  • 3 cups stick pretzels

    • Directions

    1. Heat oven to 250 degrees.
    2. Place all cereals, nuts, and pretzels in a large bowl.
    3. Melt butter in a large sauce pan.
    4. Remove from heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce and all seasonings.
    5. Pour over dry ingredients while mixing to evenly coat.
    6. Bake for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes.
    7. Spread on paper towels to cool.
    8. Store in airtight container.
